Trust & safety

Yes. Every home gets its own checklist, every visit works to it, and we check the standard rather than leave it to chance. We don't promise you'll see the same face forever, because people move on, but the job stays the same whoever is at your door.

Yes. Every cleaner is reference-checked before they ever enter a home, and works to a checklist agreed for your home. If a clean ever isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right at no charge.

No. Most of our clients are at work. Many leave a key or give us an entry code once they're comfortable, and the arrangement is always on your terms. You decide how we get in and when.

The clean

No. We bring everything. Premium products are included as standard. If you'd rather we use your own products, just say so when you book.

Yes. The products we bring are chosen to be effective on the house and gentle around children and pets, so you don't have to clear the place out or air it for hours afterwards.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right at no charge. Problems are rare, and because every home works to its own checklist, they don't repeat.

Booking, pricing & cancellations

Prices are up front. Regular cleaning from £21/hr (minimum two hours), deep cleaning from £25/hr, and end of tenancy from £150 flat. You'll get the exact figure with your quote, with no hidden fees. See the prices or every service.

Give us at least 4 hours' notice before your visit and we'll move or cancel it at no charge. Less than 4 hours' notice may be charged at the full visit rate. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to offer the slot to someone else.
