About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any clean you book with Sparkles Cleaning Solutions Ltd ("Sparkles", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote or booking a clean, you agree to them. If anything here isn't clear, email info@sparklesleeds.co.uk before you book.

Requesting a quote

The form on this website is a request, not a booking. Sending it doesn't create a contract. We'll reply within 4 hours during working hours with a price and the next available visit. A booking is confirmed only once we've agreed the price and date with you.

Prices

The prices shown on the site are starting points: regular cleaning from £21 an hour (minimum two hours), deep cleaning from £25 an hour, and end of tenancy from £150. Your quote confirms the actual price for your home, based on its size and the clean you want. There are no hidden fees: the figure we quote is the figure we charge for the work agreed.

Payment is due on receipt of the invoice we send after each clean. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

Our work and your guarantee

Every clean is carried out by reference-checked, insured professionals working to a checklist agreed for your home, with products included. If a clean isn't up to standard, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return and put it right at no charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning the areas concerned.

Access

You arrange how we get into your home, whether you're there, leave a key, or give an entry code, and you're responsible for giving us safe, clear access at the agreed time. If we can't get in for a booked visit, we may need to treat it as a late cancellation.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Plans change. Give us at least 4 hours' notice before your visit and we'll move or cancel it at no charge. Cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice may be charged at the full visit rate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can't legally be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to putting right our own work as set out above.

Your information

We handle the details you give us in line with our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales.
